Not really a bargain price but I recon a necessity.

Certified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Directive (Directive 89/686/EEC) for anti-slip device for outdoor footwear on ice and snow. Citified by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health.

These spiky ice grips slip over your footwear, without the need for additional buckles or straps, to provide enhanced traction on slippery surfaces.
10 medium carbon steel studs provide enhanced traction on slippery surfaces. Lightweight and flexible they should be a part of everyone's emergency winter kit and can easily stored in a glove box or bag.
They are on my present list. :)

A good idea Mr. Barbarian, could help to prevent someone from skidding/falling in bad conditions. :thumb:
