Ican not do a repair on my windows xp home edition software

When i try to do the repair setup it ask's for an
adminitrator password?????
 
Greetings --

Whenever WinXP is installed on a computer, two user accounts are
automatically created - Administrator and Guest. By default, the
Guest account is disabled, and isn't pertinent now, in any case.
During the installation, WinXP Pro will ask the installer to designate
the Administrator's password, but WinXP Home will not do so. By
default, the Administrator's password is left blank until the PC owner
sets it.
