IBM human input software update released on October 01
2001. can someone tell me what the crap this is? I
have no idea and have had a hard time find it onthe net
as well.

An input device could be a mouse, keyboard, etc, how should we know what
devices and software for such devices you've ever had on your system?
 
It is a update to your mouse ware program. Just junk to me, lets you do
special functions.
