IBM director agent runtime error

Everytime the IBM director agent startup , my XP pop up the message " Runtime
Error!" from the program PegasusProvideAdapter.exe. However, all the agent's
features seems work well.
Any people here has the same problem just like me ?

Contact the IBM Director tech support people for help with their
program. I don't get any hits with Google for PegasusProvideAdapter.exe
so I don't know what that is except that it isn't part of Windows.

With the same PC, I've tried to re-install the XP other than using the
pre-loaded OS come with IBM. No more error message display again. That's a
big problem for us as I have hundred of PC running with the pre-loaded XP. As
I know, the same problem is found from HP. I was told by the PC supplier this
morning.

If you have hundreds of PC's, you have some sort of support contract
with the hardware supplier and also Microsoft. It is very common for
large companies to reimage their computers. Check with tech support for
the hardware and/or Microsoft.
