I would like to print several documents automatically at the same.

This works for Word. Never tried with Excel. In Windows Explorer, browse to
the folder that contains them. Select them all, right-click, select Print.

Is there a way to print several documents in a batch mode
in WORD and EXCEL

One way is to create a new document and insert the other
documents you want printed as links. (Insert > File > {pick
file} > Insert as link and print that.

See also "Create a master document and subdocuments" in
Help. This is especially useful if you have several
documents that you want printed as a single document. If you
want them printed separately, insert a new page between each
of the links.

Another way is to open Windows Explorer, navigate to the
documents you want to print, define them, right click, and
then choose "Print". The problem with this method (on my
system anyhow) is that WE seems to think you also want to
MOVE/COPY the files so you end up having to click on Cancel
a lot to stop it from doing so. This method will print all
the files individually however.
