I would like to know what formula to use to calculate the difference between
two times eg. 7:30-13:30. Please plug the number in the formula using excel
 
This is an ACCESS newsgroup. You message indicates you are asking for
EXCEL. If that is the case, please post your message in an EXCEL newsgroup.

In Access, you'd use the DateDiff() function. I don't think there is an
equivalent function in Excel, but you could possible use the Access function
through automation. Why don't you ask this question in an Excel newsgroup
for a more definitive answer.
