How do I copy to Disc my Contacts and Drafts. Microsof Office search tells me
File, Import Export, Export to file, Personal Folder File (.pst.), Contacts.
In the Select a folder to export from I only have Personal Folders and
Archive Folders.

Contacts should appear as a subfolder of Personal Folders. Is there a plus
sign next to Personal Folders where you can expand it?

Yes, select your Personal Folder and then expand it to choose individual
folders. Also see;
