I-worm Netsky.Q infection

My computer is infected by an I-worm, AVG-Antivirus program announces it to me, but it is uncapable of finding the virus when running a system check. I know the location and the name of the virus, but the files are hidden. How could I get rid of this worm? AVG is my main-antvirus now, maybe I should try some other programs? Could anyone suggest me some more efficient and free virus-program...?
