I work for 2 people and am trying to set up two separate tasks

I am working for 2 people and have to have a bring forward system separately.
I only have access to one Outlook. I need to create two separate task
folders that pop up only on my computer...any suggestions? I synchronize my
Outlook with one person that I work for but the other person uses a palm
pilot calendar.

I'm not clear on what you need here. Having two task lists is easy enough,
you can create a separate Tasks folder (File | New | Folder...) or you could
just use categories to separate the tasks on the same list (better
solution). But you say you "synchronize your Outlook with one person" what
does that mean? And how does the other person's Palm device matter?
