I Word Files wont open from a Folder or Desktop shortcut

Hi Can I impose please? I can no longer open ANY word file from My Documents
Folder or any Desktop Shortcut?
My Office 2007 is the "Standard Only" Version theWord Frame comes up? but
there is no Document there or File in the Frame' its blank?

All the Buttons or Icons in The word Taskbar and QAT are Dead Except the
MSWord Blob Button "top left corner of Home View" But when I open that I have
no Doc List or Print Or Save to they are all anything it is all dead" except
for "NEW"
Starting to wish I had never Purchased Office 2007 Can you help please? Dasha

Hi Dasha
First of all I would try running a repair using your original disk. There
will be an option to run a repair. This should fix any corruption you may
have.

Let me know how you get on.
