I wish Outlook would let me print mailing envelopes.

At work I frequently have letters I print out from Word that require copies
be sent to other recipients. To print the envelopes for these copies I have
to copy/paste the information field by field from Outlook into a Word
document then use Word's Envelope tool to print the envelope.

It would be nice to pull down an envelope tool in Outlook that would use the
information from the contact card to print an envelope.

It's there inmost versions of Outlook.
We have no idea what version you are using.

Where would I look for how to do it?
I'm using a pretty new version at work (I'm at home now so I can't look up
the number). We use XP and whatever Office goes with it.

The problem with this statement is that Office doesn't "go with" XP. No
version of Office has ever been bundled (by Microsoft) with any operating
system. It's conceivable that your PC vendor included Office in your PC
bundle, but that's their doing. Windows XP can run every version of Office
that has ever existed. If you don't know what version you have, start
Outlook and click Help>About.
