I want to use Publisher to design a report in Access

I have designed all of my print publications in Publisher as well as my
website. Now I want to have the same look to the reports that I create with
Access. Can I do that?

doubt anyone can provide a less vague answer.

Now, I will answer the plea in the Subject. "No, you cannot use Microsoft
Publisher (or any other software, for that matter, except Access itself) to
design an Access Report."

Publisher uses design templates. I want to apply the design template to the
Access report. It really doesn't matter what it looks like.
