I want to stop something running on start up

I have a problem... Netmeeting remote desktop sharing programme always
appears in my task bar when I start up. It's not actually activated but I
don't want it starting up. It does NOT appear in start up. Can anyone
help?

Start > run "msconfig" > startup then check/uncheck which programs you want
to run at startup.
