I want to open a jpeg file format file in a text file format as one of my
important document is saved as a pdf file and as a picture. I want to edit
the text written in the file. please help me how to open this file?
 
You don't! It's a graphical image - a picture of the text!

In order to edit the text you need OCR software to convert the image to a
editable text.
If you have the full version of Acrobat (ie not the reader) you *may* be
able to save an editable version from the PDF.
