Please don't use capitals again - it's highly rude.
Use Windows 98 to "uninstall" XP - it's known as a "generic installation
operating system" which means that wipes any OS which was originally there
because it's installed from boot (you can't install from 2000 or higher you
see) and you can then install any other Windows OS you wish onto it from
there.
