I want to insert addresses already in Access2003.

I have my own business application in
Access2003 with Customer/Freight/Delivery etc
addresses, all called up by appropriate combo
boxes.

I want to call up these addresses from
Access2003 and put them into Word2003 for
letterheads and custom labels.

A combo box arrangement in Word would be most
suitable.

Can someone give some starting point to do
this?

Word 2003 will allow you to use Access as a mail merge data source and to
choose individual records easily for a merge.
