I want to format date cells for the 15th of every month..

I am making a spread sheet by month receiving payments on the 15th. How do I
format the cell to account for a 31 day month vs. a 30 day month.

For i = 1 To 12
Cells(i,"A").Value = dateSerial(Year(Date),i,15)
Next i
