I want to delete some in use com ports

I have had troble with some dlink bluetooth software and every time I have
loaded it it has created more and more COM ports (now upto 32) I am have a
Dell laptop, so how can I delete the 30 odd in use ports that arent
 
Thanks Jerry but that did not fix it. Let me explain in more detail as I say
below I have about 35 inuse ports but there are not 35 devices on the ports.
What I think it is, is that I need to look at the regestry and clear the
inuse flags that have been set up by this bluetooth software.

Do you know where the flags would be help in the regestry
