I would like to pull information from a database into a document for viewing
patient data but do not want it to print with the document. Is there a way
to create? I tried text box with no luck
 
I would bet you will get better responses in the Word newsgroup. You got
the data over the Word, so the Access side of the equation is all worked
out. Now you have to figure out how to view it, but not print it in Word.
