I want to color underline through Find and Replace

Whenever I use the "Find and Replace" function, it never changes the
underline color to what I want it to be. It will underline; however, only in
black, not the color I choose.

I wish I could give you better news but, although it does apparently give
the option to change underline colour, F&R ignores completely what you tell
it (both on the Find and Replace sides). This can be disconcerting and
annoying and as far as I know there is no documentation on which attributes
are so ignored.

You might try creating a character style that has a specific color
underline, then use Find and Replace to apply that character style.
