Windows 7 i want ask error: "The microsoft.ace.oledb.12.0 provider is not registered on the local manchine"

this problem. i run software on .Net. it can't access into database access. and have error. I reinstallded. but unsuccessful. please for i ask. what this error? what did it loss file of system?
 
What software are you running in .Net, and what version of Access are you suing ?
