That could be a fairly substantial project. There are commercially
available doctor's office software packages available; it might be
"reinventing the wheel" to build one from scratch. In addition, in the
United States, such databases are subject to the very stringent HIPAA
patient privacy regulations; I'd recommend hiring someone experienced
with HIPAA and database security.
This is certainly NOT something that you can get for free from the
newsgroups.
