I want a business letter that shows my disagreement

Is there a templet for a type of business letter that shows disagreement with
a companies belief structure
 
Dear boss

I disagree with the company's belief structure.

This newsgroup doesn't deal with content of documents. (And lets face it, in
the grand scheme of things, do you really think one letter will make a
company change its belief structure? I felt that way about a previous
employer. I didn't like the way the company was, and still is, heading. I
did what I had to do - I found another job. I have since heard that many of
my coworkers have done the same thing or are actively seeking employment
elsewhere..)
