I want a bifold phone directory template for Word. Is there one?

I want a bifold phone directory template for Word. Is there one? So if I
add and subtract names the directory will make the adjustments needs for
printing. I want to be able to photo copy a two sided bifold landscape
directory.

If you have Word 2002 or 2003, you can use the built-in "bookfold"
feature in File | Page Setup. If you have an older Word version, or if
you don't like how the built-in feature works, see

alternative approach.
