I use outlook express, but MS keeps changing it

Everytime they update my computer, I get ms outlook, not express. I dont know
how to use it, can't move the email or it wont forward. I've learned how to
get back to express, but how do I bring the emails I want with me? And how do
I stop this from happening?

Who is 'they'? Is 'they' who you should be asking this question to?
 
If you do not use Outlook, then decline the Outlook Junk Mail update in your Windows Update session.
