i think its a virus but.....

avg, trenmicro, ad-aware, spybot, cwsshredder, panda or norton cant find it.
i have xp w/sp2. what it does is make my taskbar and desktopicons blink on
startup and then disappear completely. i have to ctl/alt/del into everything
and it is very annoying. anyone have any suggestions? thank you all
