I swear i am not on anything

I turn my computer off and in about 15min or so it turns
itslef back on. nothing came up on the virus cker. Any
idea?

Is your computer actually off, or is it in "Hibernation"? Your BIOS may be
set to "wake on ring" or "wake on LAN". That would start Windows.

Wake on LAN is turned ON or maybe the FAX is set to answer
the phone. When a call comes on your telephone the computer
begins to wake-up.

It is also possible that your computer is set to go to
stand-by or hibernate and not shut-down. Check your power
settings.

There are computers that turn on when touching a keyboard or mouse. These
features can be disabled.

It is possible that static electricity may be sufficient to indicate that the
keyboard or mouse was touched.

Unplug it. That oughta put a stop to that.
