or troubleshoot your problem? What was the exact question that you posted

This is just a peer-to-peer newsgroup. There's never a guarantee that your
question will be answered, or even seen, for that matter (although that's
unlikely). According to Google Groups, your message, entitled "Help please.
I'm getting duplicate emails" was posted March 13, 2004 and is now
unavailable. That doesn't seem correct. Try reposting.

Google Groups also shows you posted a message entitled "Outlook all messed
up" on August 14, 2004 and you receoved a response from Milly Staples.
