I see 1 line of the response in auto-preview..cannot open

I send and receive emails all day to & from multiple persons. I use the auto
preview on my screen before opening each email fully. I have been sending
emails to one particular client. They read and respond with their detailed
response. I receive their email, can see the first line of their response in
the autopreview, and when I click and open the email for the full response I
receive none of their response with the exception of my original email. I do
not think it is my syetem, or set-up as I have issues with anyone else. Is it
their system, or setup...what is the solution? Thanks.
 
sounds like its an HTML formatting problem. Do you see their reply if you
click forward?
 
No. I just checked and when I try to "forward" it, I cannot see it either.
This is the only person I have ever had this issue with, which makes me tend
to think the issue is on their side and not mine?
