I received an answer below but I can't click open the "+" sign

What am I doing wrong??
I posted the question a few posts earlier wit the subject:

and I received a reply, but the reply doesn't open when I
click on the "+" sign to display it.
(Please don't attach a reply here because I will also be
unable to open your response. Kindly enter a new post with
the subject line, "To Ron" so I'll know to read it.

Usually you give very good advice, but in this case, do you think that this
person will know what "CDO" means? It is a correct answer, but it's not
going to be very helpful unless the person knows what you're saying.

And by the way, what does "CDO" stand for, anyway? I know you're talking
about the web newsgroup interface, but what's the acronym?

so, my answer would have been the same. What I would have included, if I
