I really Need Help! Please

Im having troubles.. My computer wont let me search on
the internet. in the search bar, On any web site. can you
please help me? It will let my type into the search bar
but when i click on search nothing happens, the little
flag up in the right hand corner doesent move either.
please help me! My computer is a windows XP. Thanks
 
Did you try to clean out your spyware??
I found that spyware can cause some very strange things with IE
