I/O, IRQ on IDE

This computer has 2 HD , a Cd reader and a CD writer. So the IDE is full.
Plugging in a second IDE controller results in conflicts. I can not see a
type # but it is a controller for a AT slot and it has 7 jumpers marked H/L.
How to set the I/O port, and how to set the IRQ?

You need one you can set to a third IDE address. That one can only
select the primary and secondary addresses. Or see if one of the
existing IDE chain's addresses can be changed to other than the normal
two.
