I need WinXP 64 build 1218 D3D8.DLL file

I need this fille because of an online game called America's Army. The anti
cheat company Punkbuster doesn't support this D3D8.DLL file and we have users
who are being banned from playing because of this. I need a copy of the
D3D8.DLL file so one of our guys can look at it and see if it matches the MD5
Hash and byte size of the 80+ people who have this problem. If anyone can
help me I would appreciate it.

I did a google search. I cannot find this specific file. Please if anyone
has this particuliar file and build, I need a copy of it so one of our guys
can certify the MD5 Hash. Does not seem important to most people except for
those affected by the PB problem of knowing this file. Thanks.
