I need video and louder audio for a MS Word track demo

I would like to watch one of your demos - on MS Word Track - and the audio is
barely audible pushed up to high. There is no video - just a black screen.
The maximize also does not seem to work here. Thanks
 
I'd suggest reposting this to a newsgroup related to Word.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.

In the list of Usenet newsgroups, look under those that (like this one)
begin with "microsoft." and look for ".word" somewhere in the name.
There may be more than one; visit one that looks relevant and read a few
missages to get an idea of what is asked there. You might even find an
answer to your original question.
