I need to view my bosses personal folders

My boss wants me to file items into his personal folders. Can he delegate me
to view his personal folders?

Hi Michelle,

are you using Exchange server or local Outlook PST files?

If you are using Exchange Server:

No, hence the term Personal Folders ;-)
You can of course file it for him and transfer the pst-file to his computer.
