Please somebody can show me how i resolve this equation:

If i got in row B17 $125,000.00

I need to take $5.00 of every $50,000.00 that row B17 have.

So if i got in row B17 $125,000.00 , the total will be $15

Because if i don't have the complete $50,000.00 i still need to get the $5.00

Please i will appreciate any help
