I have a document that I want to just insert a Picture with a text box inside
of it automatically as I type, can this be done? .. I thought it was a Master
issue and have dug into that but am not finding the answer I need there. Any
suggestions would be helpful, thanks in advance!

Hi Raven,

What version of Word are you working in?

Your subject line is slightly different than your description. Are you saying you want to be able to add text to a picture or ???

Hi Bob, sorry, didn't mean to be unclear. it's word 2003. On page 1 there
is a picture frame with a text box inside of it. The object is to be able
to type in the text box until the end of that page, continue typing onto page
2 (3, 4, 5, etc...) and have the same (identical) picture frame with text box
repeat onto the new page without having to do the insert or cut and paste. I
know with (I think) it's power point, you can do this with a master set up,
can you do the same thing with word?

Thanks for the reply!

Objects cannot cross page boundaries in Word.

You should be able to put the text box and frame in the document header,
with their wrap options set to behind text, then set the margins on the main
page to enable you to write over the space occupied by the text box, to
achieve the same result
