I need to repair self-ex zip file - Any help please?

I have downloaded a 170Mb self extracting zip file.But, when I try to unzip
it, it fails and I get an error message saying that it could be damaged.
Does anyone know of a utility that I could download to scan and repair the
file?

The two programs suggested might work. If not, try downloading the
file again. The programs cannot fix the zip if it is incomplete. It
might be an incomplete version you are downloading as well.
