I need to re-evaluate internet access for programs

I didn't understand that alot of programs I have installed don't really need
internet access and I just said ok to everything when they were installed.
I have Norton Internet Security 2005. Where would I find the feature where

Accsess control in Norton's firewall.
 
This is a Microsoft Help forum not Norton [Symantec].

However 'cause I'm a nice guy....

Open up Norton Internet Security. Then you can see each component of the
package. Clcik on the component and you will be able to 'see' what to click
in order to accomplish what result.

If all else fails and you can manage this intuitively, click on Option
button or Help.
