I need to make a scatter diagram.

I need to make a scatter diagram for a statistics class and have no idea how
to. Please, someone HELP!
 
You need to do this in Excel.
Create your table of values in Excel, then go to Insert> Chart> Standard
Types tab. Select the type of chart you want, in your case, it will be XY
(Scatter). Follow the instructions in the wizard.
