I need to know how to have dual colored document.

I am creating a answer key that requires the question to be black and the
answer to be printed in blue. I do have a color printer. Can someone help
me with that?
 
Don't you know how to change the color of your words? (I'm not being a smart
a$$. I just need to know what your skill level is.)
 
The easiest way is to create distinct Question and Answer styles. The
Question style can be identical to Normal or Body Text, with black (Auto)
text. The Answer style can be identical to Question except for the color
(Format | Font: Font color: Blue). For ease of insertion, define each style
as the "Style for following paragraph" of the other.
