I need to be able to package movies in my pptx to send to others.

I currently have two movie clips as part of my presentation. I want to be
able to embed the clips so when I send the pptx everything goes along.
Now I have to remember to zip things up and people are still getting the
path to the clip messed up.

The easiest way, is to put the movie clips into the same folder as your
PowerPoint presentation before you insert them into PowerPoint. When you
send the presentation, you must also send the movie clips, as the only thing
that gets embedded into PowerPoint is .WAV files all others are linked.

Zipping should work under the following conditions:

(1) The movie is placed in the same folder as the PPT file before being
inserted.

(2) The entire folder is zipped.

(3) The entire folder is unzipped at the other end before the file is
run. Although you can run it while zipped, I don't think the linked
video will play until it is unzipped.
