I need to ask this again...pleaze.....my screan bops...

I asked this last night, and I got some good replies..but
none solved my problem..and now I have a new
symptom....the screen starts jumping (bopping) when it
comes out of sreen savers and does not stop...I have to re-
boot it.....it bops then stops after about 10 seconds when
starting up...also when I connect to the internet,,then it
stops...is this harwhare or software????....I'm really at
a loss..and need help

dottie...ps checked the power supply ..it seems to be ok
