I have root CA (company.cer), I can manually install it by double click on the file.
In addition I find that in the Framework v.1.1 SDk there is a tool - certmgr.exe (Cerificate Nanager Tool).
the command-line to add Root CA is:
"certmge.exe /add c:\Company.cer /s Root"
But one problem, I get popup window and I promt to confirm the action.
I need a way to add the Root CA in a SILENT!! to all Workstations.
