I need to add check boxes to my Excel spreadsheet,checked and not

I have an excel spreadsheet that I need to add checkboxes that can be checked
or un-checked.
 
Edit > Toolbars > Forms
Click the check box and drag one in
you can choose whether or not to link it to some macro or to some other cell.
If it is just for dispay, you don't have to.
