I need someone's help

A couple of times (and maybe more), my computer is
shutting itself down with a message stating that the RPC
has been terminated. What does that mean, and how can I
prevent this from happening again?! Please, I need
someone's help! Thanx!

Also enable Windows XP's built in firewall:
