I need serious help

I bought Sys Mech, can't dwnld from website message Needs components of
Microsofft SDK HTML Help ver 1.3 or later. I can't get a straight answer
from IBM, IOLO etc... Iolo Tech said I should updat bios, already have.
Running pre-installed XP Pro on IBM Thinkcentre m50 8187-37U. I have
downlodaed more SDK stuff and HTML help updates. I am really lost. Can
someone help. I already thought of "matches and gas"

Uninstall the software, reboot, and try reinstalling it. If it won't run,
you need to deal with the program's authors, as they are the ones who wrote
and tested it.

Just contact the sellers of that snake oil and get your money back.
You really don't want it on your computer. (Maybe on your worst enemies
computer, but only if you're especially cruel and vindictive.)
