You're asking an incomprehensible question, probably in the wrong place.
This newsgroup is for the database software Microsoft Access.
If you have a question about printing the long way on paper from (for
example) Microsoft Word, use File... Page Setup, and choose "Portrait" view.
If this doesn't answer your question, please repost (understadably, remember
you're talking to human volunteers not a search engine) on a newsgroup for
the program you're using.
