I need help

i recently posted a question, it was answered, but im just wondering where i
should go from here
ive been using outlook for a while, and because recently its changed to
suscribed users only, hotmail mailed me and said that i can carry on using it
for free, because ive been using it for a while, but every time i try to
synchronised my hotmail with outlook it keeps telling me that i need to
suscribe, i recently changed my password, and it regularly says that it does
not recognise my email address or password, even though i know there right,
ive been through tools and settings as suggested, ive configured everything
correctly, but i still cannot sync, can someone help me please?

You'll need to access your free Hotmail account via the web interface.
Outlook access to your free account has been disabled.
