I need help with this error

Hi

Lately when i try to get connected to the internet i use a dial up
connection the computer reboot when it's trying to dial the number and it
give me this error which i don't understand and i want to know to which
driver it belongs so i can update it.This problem only happens either when
i'm trying to get connected to the internet or if i got disconnected.I tried
to search in microsoft for this error code and in google but couldn't find
anything so i would appreciate if someone can tell me what to do.Thanks alot.

i can't tell you what this error is. But from what you say it could be
related to your modem driver..... I would disconnect your modem and reboot.
Then i would remove the driver and reboot and play with windows to see if the
error pops up with any of your softwares, especially any specialty software
for it like faxing.....

IF not , then you modem was the problem. You can try connecting the modem
again and see if windows recognizes it and installs the generic driver. If
not, then you might want to consider a new modem that is plug n play
ready.....

ps: whatever it is that caused the message, windows didn't load it up.
Otherwise your windows would have crashed. So feel lucky that windows is
functional for you and it protected itself as well......

Thanks for replying back to my message.I will try to uninstall the modem
driver/software and see what will happen.I'm also thinking of getting a new
modem to see if i will still have the same problem which i hope not.Thanks
again for your help.
